Purchasing Simulations Online
The Annamay in Mexico, Frost in France, Jeneryn in India, Olin Life In China, and simulations may be ordered online and will be delivered by Laser Image Corporate Publishing. Your credit card will show a charge from Laser Image Corporate Publishing.
Payment Options with PayPal
Individual role-play packets can be purchased by your students through PayPal. However, the Instructor’s Books for each simulation must be purchased through Laser Image. If you wish to discuss payment options, please contact info@culturescrossing.com. We will be glad to work with you.
Refunds & Returns
We will handle your order promptly. However, if you have any questions about the status of your order, please send an email to info@culturescrossing.com. We will reply within one business day.
Simulations that are still in their shrink-wrapped packaging may be returned for a full refund, less actual shipping charges. Defective documents will be replaced promptly. Please send an email to info@culturescrossing.com for return instructions and replacement requests.
